Elisa Peters possesses extensive experience in program management and strategic analysis within the defense sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategic Analysis and Enterprise Operations at the Defense Logistics Agency since January 2010, Elisa specializes in enterprise system integration, supply chain management, and business case analysis for various military operations. Additionally, as a Senior Program Manager at Sierra Management & Technologies Inc., Elisa plays a key role in supporting major subprograms in the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Program Office. Previous positions include managerial and analytical roles with MCR Federal, LLC and HQ AFOTEC, where responsibilities encompassed program cost/schedule analysis and process improvement initiatives. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Vermont.
