Bheeman Lingan has extensive experience in project management and consulting within the PeopleSoft ecosystem, currently serving as Project Manager and Project Leader for Recruiting Solutions, ePerformance, and eProfile at Sierra-Cedar since October 2007. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at Pfizer, focusing on PeopleSoft Talent Management and ePerformance, and at Ricoh USA, where involvement included the implementation and customization of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and Recruiting. Bheeman also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at DecisionOne, implementing and supporting PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll, and Base Benefits. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
