Çisem Kocaoğlu is a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Sierra Aluminum since May 2022, with previous experience as a Research and Development Engineer at ASAŞ ALÜMİNYUM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. from June 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included launching new products through technical evaluation and conducting R&D projects. Çisem's engineering journey began with internships at Assan Aluminyum, Prof. Dr. Adnan Tekin Malzeme Bilimleri ve Üretim Teknolojileri UYG-AR Merkezi, and BARMAK. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the same institution. Education also includes graduating from Bartın Science High School with a focus on Mathematics and Science.
