Jordeen Chang currently serves as an Agent Engineer at Sierra since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jordeen was a Staff Software Engineer at SpecCheck from September 2022 to November 2024, contributing to improvements in communication between opticians and lab partners to enhance efficiency. From July 2016 to June 2022, Jordeen worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Lyft, focusing on the Pay Platform. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Software Engineer at Groupon in mid-2015, where Jordeen developed iOS applications for Breadcrumb POS, and another internship at Parnassus Investments in late 2014. Jordeen holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2016, and graduated from Mission San Jose High School in 2012.
