John Sproxton is an accomplished professional in human resources and payroll management with extensive experience in the senior living industry. Since January 2008, John has been a Senior Manager of the HRMS System at Sienna Senior Living, leading a team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and current payroll systems. John has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Payroll Implementation and Configuration, Supervisor of Implementation and Payroll Projects, and Payroll & Benefits Advisor. Earlier in their career, John worked at Exco Engineering as a CNC Cutter Grinder. John holds a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certification from the Canadian Payroll Association and a degree in Mechanical Engineering - Tool & Die from Sir Sandford Fleming College.
