Deborah Almarales-Hamm is an experienced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional with a strong background in GIS application design, data management, and technical expertise in CAD and RDBMS software. Currently serving as a GIS Analyst at SiEnergy since August 2021, Deborah has previously held roles as a GIS Analyst at Universal Ensco and as a GIS Consultant, contributing extensive knowledge in data conversion, process automation, and advanced spatial analysis. Deborah's tenure at JISCO Alpart spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included developing GIS for mine planning, managing technical teams, and liaising with regulatory agencies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying, both obtained from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
