Wenjun Ma is an experienced professional in supply chain management and business consulting, currently serving as a Category Manager at Siemens since April 2024. Previously, Wenjun Ma worked as a Consultant at INVERTO, a BCG Company, where strategic cost reduction initiatives were undertaken for leading industries. An earlier role included PMO for Supply Chain Digitization at BMW Group, focusing on global supplier performance control and project milestones. While interning in financial controlling at Bosch, significant optimizations in supplier billing processes were achieved. Wenjun Ma also served as a Process Improvement Consultant for Burkart Flutes and Piccolos, employing LEAN principles for operational enhancements. As a co-founder of SooTour Business Consulting, profitability and significant cost reductions were realized in automotive parts sourcing.
