Vinayak Kamat currently serves as the Business Unit Finance Head at Siemens, overseeing the Finance function for the Grid Software business unit with a revenue of approximately EUR 20 million and managing a team of six. Responsibilities include managing the P&L and Balance Sheet while driving profitable growth through financial decision-making. Previously, Vinayak worked as a Performance Controller for Siemens Real Estate in India and Bangladesh, handling financial performance analysis and the implementation of IFRS 16. Prior roles include Chief Manager of Corporate Finance and Manager of Finance at Piramal Enterprises Limited, Oracle Functional Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, and Accounts Assistant at Schlumberger Asia Services. Vinayak holds an Executive Management Program certificate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
