Marjolein Wateler has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a P&O Business Partner for Siemens Nederland N.V. in the Digital Industries division since May 2007. Prior roles include HR Manager for both the Building Technologies and Industry Solutions divisions within Siemens, as well as HR Manager in the Engineering sector of Customer Services & Engineering. Additionally, Marjolein has been a P&O Business Partner at Siemens Mobility B.V. since October 2022 and worked as an HR consultant at DHL Express Nederland from October 2000 to April 2007, contributing to significant organizational changes during the merger with Van Gend & Loos. Marjolein holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Organization from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, a Mini MBA in HR from Nyenrode, and completed secondary education at Chr. Lyceum Gouda.
