Imrich Kocai is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and technology, currently serving as the Research Group Head at Siemens since October 2017, focusing on simulation and digital twin technologies within the industrial metaverse. Kocai has held various leadership roles, including Director of Engineering and Head of System Engineering & Development, with expertise in electromobility and power electronic systems for commercial vehicles. Previous positions include System Project Manager roles at Valeo Siemens eAutomotive and Siemens, overseeing international project teams and the development of high voltage inverters and electric motors. Kocai's earlier experience includes project management at Continental and Huber Automotive AG, complemented by a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Košice.
