Hendro Pratama is an experienced professional in the field of digital industries, currently serving as the Service Business Unit Head at Siemens since October 2019. In this role, Hendro is responsible for managing and expanding the service business, setting strategic directions, and overseeing business development, marketing, integration, and solution delivery related to Siemens' software, automation, and engineered solutions. Before this position, Hendro held various roles at Siemens, including Engineering Team Lead, Team Leader of Retrofit & Service Contract Digital Factories, and Service Engineer of Industry Customer Service, where responsibilities encompassed project management, development of service portfolios, and on-site engineering tasks across multiple industries. Hendro began a career with a brief stint as a Sales Engineer at PT. Fajar Mas Murni and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
