Wouter Conings has extensive experience in leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers since January 2007, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Supply Chain and previously holding several vice presidential positions, including Vice President of Service for Southeast & Central territories and Vice President of Business Management. Responsibilities encompass managing large teams, overseeing P&L for sales and service revenues exceeding $500 million, employee performance, the rollout of field service tools, and strategic planning. Conings has also led cost reduction and revenue-generating initiatives while ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction. Prior to Siemens Healthineers, Conings worked at Siemens IT Solutions and Services as a Project Manager and holds degrees in Law and Business Management with a focus on Logistics from KU Leuven and Hogeschool PXL, respectively.
