Katrin Cruz has over a decade of experience in procurement and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global Commodity Management at Siemens Healthineers since May 2011. Previous roles at Siemens include Strategic Procurement Manager, Global Commodity Manager, Senior SCM Specialist for People Development, Governance, Compliance & Communication, and HR Business Partner. Prior to Siemens, Katrin held the position of Senior HR Consultant at Tintschl Unternehmensgruppe from February 2010 to May 2011, and worked as an HR Assistant at Quelle GmbH from September 2003 to January 2010, where Katrin also completed an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade. Katrin Cruz holds a Diplom Betriebswirtin (VWA) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Nürnberg, completed from 2007 to 2010.
