Gil Alvarez has extensive experience in the medical imaging field, particularly with Siemens Healthineers, where since April 2002, Gil has served as a Consultant for the Midwest Area and as an Advance Application Specialist, focusing on teaching cardiac, brain perfusion, interventional, routine exams, dual energy, and all CT scanners along with post-processing techniques. Prior to this role, Gil worked as the CT and MR Supervisor at Methodist Hospitals from August 1985 to 2002, overseeing the CT department, managing billing, scheduling, and developing learning plans for technologists. Gil holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University and an Associate of Applied Science in Radiology from St. Phillips College.
