Anna Tam has a strong background in engineering and management, with their most recent role being Vice President of System Engineering at Siemens Healthineers starting in 2018. Prior to this, they worked at GE Power for over a decade, holding various positions such as Engineering Platform Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager of Combustion Heat Transfer & Analytics, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Anna also worked at GE Global Research as the Engineering Manager of the Computational Thermal and Acoustics Research Laboratory. Throughout their career, Anna has successfully led engineering teams, driven design and testing activities, and collaborated with global organizations.
Anna Tam holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Quality from an undisclosed institution.
