Sambit Acharya is an experienced human resources professional with a rich background in leading HR initiatives across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Siemens Gamesa, Sambit has previously held significant roles including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the same company, Sr. General Manager and Head of HR at Suzlon Energy, and Head of HR for South Asia at Invitrogen. Additional experience includes serving as GM of HR at Nicholas Piramal and Chief Manager of People Relations at Arvind Mills Ltd. Sambit Acharya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XISS (Xavier Institute of Social Service), completed between 1989 and 1991.
