Jesper Skov Nielsen is an experienced professional in the field of operations excellence and digital transformation within the wind energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operation Excellence at Siemens Gamesa since September 2017, Jesper leads a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement in the production of wind turbine blades. Prior roles at Siemens Wind Power included Lean-specialist, Senior Group Lead overseeing over 250 employees, and various leadership positions managing production teams. Jesper's education includes a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and participation in Siemens' prestigious professional programs.
