Leigh Harris is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Siemens Energy since September 2022. Prior to this role, Harris was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Phillips 66 from October 2015 to August 2022 and held the position of Senior Director at Resources Global Professionals between November 2012 and October 2015. Additionally, Harris operated as an Independent Consultant at L.Harris Professional Search & Consulting from January 2005 to November 2012 and served as an Executive Recruiter for The Methodist Hospital System from June 2002 to October 2004. Earlier career experiences include roles as Manager of Human Capital at SalvageSale, Inc., Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, and Senior Recruiter at KPMG Consulting (Bearing Point). Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Delaware, with a minor in Philosophy and Spanish, and has also studied at Universidad de Granada.
