Leandro Augusto do Amaral is an experienced professional with a diverse background in order management, human resources, and operational support. Currently serving as an Order Management Specialist at Siemens Energy Staffing Inc. since April 2022, Leandro focuses on identifying power plant equipment and coordinating spare parts quoting for O&M projects in the Latin America Region. Previously, Leandro worked at California Closets as a Workshop Assistant, managing materials and inventory control. At Deloitte, Leandro held various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner, Diversity and Inclusion Manager, and Recruitment Specialist, effectively supporting senior management and driving HR initiatives. Leandro holds an MBA in Business Administration from BSP - Business School São Paulo and a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Ibirapuera, along with a certification in Human Resource Management from HRCI.
