Rafael Maia has extensive experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, currently serving as Coordenador técnico at Siem Offshore since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rafael held the position of Operations Engineer at MODEC, Inc. from July 2018 to January 2023, and worked at Schahin Petróleo e Gás from June 2012 to April 2018, where responsibilities included both Assistente de Gerência Operacional and Engenheiro Eletricista.
