Edson Evandro has extensive experience in maritime culinary roles, currently serving as CZA and cozinheiro marÃtimo at Siem Offshore since December 2017 and simultaneously at Olympic MarÃtima Ltda. since September 2014. Previous positions include cozinheiro marÃtimo at Unidade Catering and governança at Denadai. Edson's expertise encompasses menu creation, kitchen management, and oversight of accommodations and dining areas. Educationally, Edson holds a degree in Gastronomy from Universidade Unicesumar, which was completed in 2019, and has a high school diploma from Colégio Rio Branco.
