Chris Pitts possesses extensive experience in business development, primarily within the oil and gas, offshore wind farms, and tidal energy industries. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at Siem Offshore since August 2016, Chris focuses on developing opportunities in North American markets. Additionally, Chris has held the role of VP Sales & Business Development at Secunda Canada LP since May 1999, where responsibilities include P&L management, business strategy, market analysis, proposal coordination, and contract negotiation. Previously, Chris served as Director of Business Development for Canada at McDermott International Inc., overseeing chartering for the Secunda Marine fleet and supporting international business development. Chris holds a degree in Ship Management, Business, Finance, and Operations from Lloyd's Maritime Academy/NW Kent College, obtained from 2008 to 2010.
