Anderson Carvalho de Paula has extensive maritime experience, currently serving at Siem Offshore since December 2014 in various capacities, including Chief Officer and Deck Officer on multiple PSV vessels such as Siem Atlas and Siem Supplier. Prior experience includes a role as a Deck Officer trainee with DOF Brasil from March 2013 to July 2014, working on several types of vessels. Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Nautical Sciences from EFOMM - Escola de Formação de Oficiais da Marinha Mercante.
