Susiane Nery de Souza has substantial experience in the chemical analysis and development of inks and coatings, currently serving as a Chemical Analyst (PL) at Siegwerk since August 2013. In this role, Susiane contributes to technical and commercial meetings with suppliers to establish strategies for new developments and is responsible for the analysis and approval of raw materials used in the production of inks and varnishes. Previously, Susiane worked as a Mid-Level Laboratory Analyst, focusing on the development of UV-curable inks and the enhancement of paint formulas. Earlier experience includes working as a Colorist Assistant at Index Label - Industria Grafica, where Susiane formulated Pantone colors for adhesive label production. Susiane holds a postgraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
