Vincent Tourmez is an experienced professional in urban civil engineering with a strong background in project management and strategic development. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Project Management and Heritage at SIDR since 2009, Vincent is responsible for heritage management, the implementation of strategic orientations, and sustainable development initiatives, while overseeing a team of 25 employees. Previous roles include leading the Production Division and Project Coordination for ANRU at SIDR, as well as serving as Agency Director at SCET and managing rehabilitation services. Vincent holds degrees in Urban Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée, along with a Baccalauréat E from Lycée d'Arsonval.
