Yuet Ming Tham currently serves as Global Co-Chair of White Collar, Government Litigation & Investigations, and Life Sciences Partner at Sidley Austin LLP since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tham held positions as Head of Asia Pacific and Managing Partner at McDermott Will & Emery from March 2022 to June 2022 and as Global Co-Leader in the White Collar: Government Litigation & Investigations Group, along with positions as Partner and Asia-Pacific Head of Investigations & Compliance at Sidley Austin LLP from March 2012 to April 2022. Tham began professional career as Partner at DLA Piper, leading the Asia Regulatory Compliance & Investigations Group and the Asia Life Sciences sector from July 2008 to March 2012. Tham obtained an LL.B in Law from Queen Mary University of London and completed education at Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls Secondary School.
