Cecilia Chan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in numerous prominent law firms. Currently serving as Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP since 2008, Cecilia has previously held positions as Senior Associate at Heller Ehrman from 2003 to 2008, Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2001 to 2003, and Judicial Law Clerk to Chief Judge Edward R. Korman from 2000 to 2001. Cecilia's early career includes summer associate roles at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Cecilia also has a background in medical research, having worked as a Cancer Research Specialist at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine from 1994 to 1997. Cecilia holds a J.D. summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
