Alana Washington, MBA, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources with a career spanning over 30 years. Currently serving as Regional HR Director at Sidley Austin LLP since May 2016, Alana previously held HR leadership roles at Caplin & Drysdale, Chartered, as HR Director, and at Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., as HR Manager. Alana's experience includes a tenure as Compensation Benefits Manager at the Council on Foundations and as HR Senior Associate at PwC.
