Béatrice Martinet serves as a Founding Partner at Sideman & Bancroft Europe since January 2020, where the focus is on expanding global brand protection services across the European Union. Previously, Béatrice has held the position of IP Partner and Of Counsel at Sideman & Bancroft LLP since March 2014 and has extensive experience in intellectual property law from various firms including Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Bird & Bird LLP. A Stanford TTLF Fellow from 2010 to 2013, Béatrice completed studies on Internet Intermediaries' liability, contributing to notable research in the field. Béatrice holds multiple degrees in law, including a fellowship in IP Law from Stanford Law School and a Master in Intellectual Property from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
