Ryan Martin has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan started their career in 2010 at Frito-Lay as a PepsiCo - Operations Resource. Ryan then moved to PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company in 2012, where they served as an Operations & Maintenance Manager, focusing on Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Six Sigma projects. In 2014, they joined Sidel as an After Sales Manager, North America, where they worked closely with customers to align service operations and implemented a "Monetization of Digitalization" model. Ryan later held roles at Sidel as a Sales Manager, North America, a Maintenance Operations Manager - Americas, and finally as the Americas Quality & Continuous Improvement Director, where they were responsible for leading the operational strategy of the Americas region and implementing process improvement methodologies. Throughout their career, Ryan has focused on driving revenue growth, optimizing supply chains, and implementing operational excellence programs. Prior to their civilian career, Ryan served in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Operator, where they led logistics operations.
Ryan Martin completed an Executive MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Systems from the University of South Carolina between 2005 and 2009.
