Pio La Torre is an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with a robust background in automation software development for packaging and beverage machines. Currently with Sidel since April 2017, Pio has previously held positions at PneumaticScaleAngelus and Gebo Cermex, focusing on senior software engineering roles from 2008 to 2017. Earlier career experiences include senior automation engineering at OCME Srl and technical support engineering at Motoman Robotics, complemented by field service engineering roles at OCME Srl. Pio began the career as a mechanical assembler at Bonani - Motori elettrici and worked as an electrician at Workman, backed by a High School Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology from ITIS Enrico Fermi.
