Pierre Bavois has worked as a Lead Precontracting Designer at Sidel since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Dessinateur-projeteur at Sidel from March 2020 to June 2022, and from March 2015 to March 2020. Pierre also worked as a Technicien installateur at CITYVEILLE from May 2013 to May 2014, and as a Mécanicien industriel at Chantome SARL from September 2012 to January 2013.

Pierre Bavois completed their education at several institutions. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Lycée Théodore Deck Guebwiller, where they earned a Baccalauréat technologique in Génie Mécanique with a focus on microtechniques. During the same period, they also obtained a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Etude et Réalisation d'Outillages from the same school. Additionally, in 2010 to 2011, they attended IUT Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, where they achieved a Licence in Image et Son Numérique.
