Alisa Sera Garcia is a seasoned professional in the creative field with extensive experience in talent acquisition and design. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sid Lee since April 2022, Alisa has previously worked as a Creative Recruiter at Creative Circle and held various creative roles including Creative Designer at Forsman & Bodenfors Canada and Creative Strategist + Design Lead at Kitestring Creative Branding Studio. Alisa began the career as an Art Director, accumulating experience at FCB Global, FCB Toronto, and The Agency @ Mohawk, alongside internships at Elemental and FCB Global. Alisa graduated from Mohawk College in June 2015.
