Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in both the organic products and nutrition sectors. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmentally friendly products, since August 2020. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private practice between February 2016 and 2019, and serving as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
