Janine Hoke has been in the education field for 25 years. Janine began their career in 1996 as a Principal at Alief ISD, and then in 2021 they retired as the Director of Professional Growth and Improvement. Janine is currently employed as an Instructional Coach (Virtual) at Sibme, beginning in 2022.

Janine Hoke received their Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston in 1984, majoring in Elementary Education and Teaching. Janine then returned to the University of Houston and obtained their Master of Education (M.Ed.) in 1989, majoring in Educational Leadership and Administration, General.
