Vadim Zabrodin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Since October 2005, Vadim has been a Project Manager at Sibers, overseeing the entire lifecycle of IT projects with a focus on various management activities including scope, resources, time, communication, and risks. Prior to this role, Vadim served as a Senior C++/C# Developer at Sibers, specializing in the development of desktop applications and back-end solutions. Vadim's academic background includes a Master's degree in Physics from Novosibirsk State University, complemented by research and development experience as a postgraduate student at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics, where Vadim focused on high-stable high-precision power sources and embedded control systems. Additionally, Vadim worked as a Developer at Uniscan from 1999 to 2004.
