Diju Deyanandan is an experienced professional with a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions. Currently serving as Service Manager for SIBCA since April 2021, Diju leads maintenance contracts and retrofit projects across Dubai and the N.E., focusing on achieving branch goals related to revenue, EBIT, and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Senior Operations Team Leader and Operations Team Leader at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included strategic planning and contract execution. Earlier experience at Siemens involved cost estimation, project management, and systems integration. Diju holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from L.B.S College of Engineering.
