Mase Rantsieng

Superintendent: Waste, Land And Heritage at Sibanye-Stillwater

Mase Rantsieng (MSc.) is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as Superintendent of Waste, Land and Heritage at Sibanye-Stillwater since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mase held multiple positions including Environmental Specialist and Environmental Project Lead at South32 from November 2018 to October 2021, and Environmental Scientist at Jones & Wagener (Pty) Ltd for a brief period in mid-2018. Mase also worked as an Environmental Consultant at GCS (Pty) Ltd and as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner at SLR Consulting from January 2015 to September 2017. Mase Rantsieng's academic qualifications include a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science, a BSc. Honours Degree in Ecology, Conservation and Environmental Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and Biotechnology, all obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand.
