Mandla Zulu is an experienced professional in employee relations, currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager at Not Choosey since January 2024. Previously, Mandla Zulu held various positions at Sibanye-Stillwater since December 2013, including Unit Manager Employee Relations and acting roles in management. Mandla Zulu's career also includes significant experience at GOLD FIELDS from April 2002 to April 2016, where roles included Human Resources Officer and Assistant Human Resources Officer. Mandla Zulu holds a BTech in Human Resources Management from the Central University of Technology and has earned multiple diplomas and certificates in labour law and human resource management from the University of the Free State and the University of South Africa.
