Annette McFarland, PE, currently serves as Chief Engineer at Sibanye-Stillwater since July 2019, overseeing Long Range Engineering to develop mine plans and budget statistics. Prior to this role, Annette held positions at Coeur Mining, Inc. as Engineer - Long Range Planner and Mine General Foreman, as well as Senior Mine Engineer at Formation Capital Corporation. Annette began a career in the industry as a Project Engineer and previously worked as a Ranch Hand at Bar S Ranch. Annette's educational background includes studies at the University of Idaho from 1992 to 1995.
