Altus Klingenberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and performance management. Currently serving as Unit Manager Effective Performance at Sibanye-Stillwater since January 2012, Altus has made significant strategic contributions to Organizational Development and Organizational Growth interventions, focusing on a "work smart, not hard" philosophy. Additionally, Altus held the role of Superintendent Integral Performance Management, where responsibilities included managing the Integral Performance Management Portfolio and ensuring the organization is prepared for future challenges. In 2020, Altus founded Innovate Change & Leap!, a venture dedicated to empowering digital transformation for individuals and businesses through intelligent digital solutions. Altus earned a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Social Sciences from Northwest University, Potchefstroom, between 1986 and 1990.
