Randy Wilson is the Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury at The Shyft Group since June 2022, leading the organization's investor relations and treasury efforts in the last-mile delivery and specialty work truck sectors. Wilson serves as Treasurer for the IABC New York Tristate Area Chapter and was a Board Member, President, and Past Treasurer of the NIRI Connecticut/Westchester Chapter. Previous positions include Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Treasury at Terex Corporation, Principal at Artemis Partners, and Associate at Bank of America, with experience at Goldman Sachs and IBM in finance and investment roles. Randy Wilson holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
