Dilip Kumar has extensive work experience in the sales and management field. Dilip started their career in 2011 as a Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales at Shyam Spectra Pvt Ltd, where they also held the position of Sales Manager and Team Lead. Dilip later joined Spectra as a Sales Team Lead and Shyam Spectra Private Limited as a Team Lead Manager, responsible for training team members and setting strategy. Dilip also worked at Spectranet Ltd., A Shyam Group Company, and SPECTRANET as an Enterprise Sales representative. Dilip also served as a Team Lead at Citycom Networks Pvt. Ltd.

From 1995 to 1999, Dilip Kumar pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electronics at BSEB.
