Patrick Hickey

Patrick Hickey is the Owner of Just Wright Catering and an experienced Executive Chef with a demonstrated history in the hospitality industry. Skilled in catering, food and beverage management, catering sales, club operations, and menu development, Patrick has held the position of Director of Dining Services at Shrub Oak International School since 2018. Previously, from 1988 to 2017, Patrick served as Executive Chef and General Manager at Beckwith Pointe. They also work as a consultant for Monte Grab and Go Market since 2015. Patrick holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America, where they studied from 1984 to 1986.
