Tiffany Brown, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in member engagement and certification within the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since September 2013, currently serving as a Certification Specialist for Affiliate Operations. Previous roles at SHRM include Member Engagement Associate and Member Care Representative, where responsibilities encompassed supporting members and volunteer leaders, as well as promoting the SHRM brand.
