Shannon Bayer currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at SHRM, leading strategic growth initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization within a B2B context. Previously, Shannon held various leadership positions at Linkage, Inc., including Vice President of Revenue, where strategic sales leadership was provided in partnership with marketing to drive leadership change and promote women's advancement in business. Shannon's experience also includes roles in legal practice, human resources recruitment, and contract attorney work in various firms. Additionally, Shannon contributed to board diversity efforts as Co-Chair of Diversity on Boards Indianapolis and holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law from Suffolk University Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from the University of Vermont.
