William L. Gross, MBA, is a seasoned leader in philanthropy with extensive experience in healthcare fundraising. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Philanthropy at Shriners Children's since June 2022, William L. Gross oversees all fundraising initiatives at this location. Prior roles include Senior Vice President/Chief Development Officer at Holy Redeemer Health System from July 2015 to November 2020, where leadership encompassed fundraising for a $500MM organization, and Senior Vice President of Development at The Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia from 2012 to 2015. Additional experience includes positions at Carson Valley Children's Aid and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. William L. Gross holds an MBA in Health Administration from Eastern University and a BA in Social Gerontology from Chestnut Hill College.
