Jennifer Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and development within non-profit organizations, particularly with Shriners Hospitals for Children, where various leadership roles have been held since October 2014, culminating in the position of Executive Director of Philanthropy Services. Prior to this, Jennifer served as a Development Consultant for Shriners Hospitals for Children - Houston and Galveston and held the Managing Director role at Jennifer Hughes Consulting. Jennifer's background includes significant positions such as Chief of Staff at the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County and Resource Development Manager at Harris County Department of Education. Educationally, Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Health Education from the University of Houston, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
