Melvyn Mungroo, M.Eng, CAPM, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the ECS Team Leader at Shred-Tech since January 2023, responsible for executing engineering goals and contributing to product strategy development. Prior to this role, Melvyn held positions including Electrical Engineering Specialist at Shred-Tech and Production Associate at Honda of Canada Mfg. Melvyn also worked as an Electrical and Electronics Technician at lapennaco dot com and as an Electronic Technologist at Kera Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Automation and Smart Systems from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Power & Energy Engineering, alongside an Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technologist from Niagara College. Currently pursuing an MBA at Sprott School of Business, Carleton University, Melvyn has a solid foundation in engineering and management.
