Jim Thomsen has a strong background in customer service and operations management. Jim started their career at Northwest Airlines as a Manager-Performance Measurement. Jim then moved on to Deluxe Marketing Solutions where they held various roles, including Director of Performance Management and Executive Director of Customer Care Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and overseeing call center operations. Most recently, Jim served as the Vice President of Customer Care at Showdown Displays, where they provided strategic leadership and ensured excellent customer experiences.
Jim Thomsen attended Augsburg University from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing.
